Hospital Stay

Well its been awhile, yet again, since my last post. This update will be regarding my recent health issues and overnight hospital stay.

But let me start at the night before (which was Saturday, November 5th). A group of us went out to celebrate Venessas birthday. She decided she wanted it to be Royal Wedding themed, so all the girls wore fascinators and the boys wore top hats! Here are a few pictures of our getups!

Lo, me, Maria, and Venessa before going out for the night

Kev and I

Well, at one drunken point of the night, I took a major spill (due to drunkeness, really no one else's fault but my own). My arm hurt terribly from it, but I was stubborn and instead of leaving the fun and getting it checked out, I continued to party the night away.

When I woke up the next morning, it still hurt and was also really swollen. I took some 800 ibuprofen and went on my way. Awhile later, I took another 800 ibuprofen. Around noon, my stomach was hurting and my arm was still in pain, swollen, and also starting to bruise. A lot of probing from Kevin and my family led me and Kevin to the Kaiser emergency room. I told them of both my arm issue and my stomach issue. They took some xrays as well as a not so pleasant test to find out if I was bleeding internally, and I was. They said the arm was not broken, but were very concerned that I had ulcers that were bleeding and I was admitted to the hospital and that they would be doing an endoscopy the following day to check my intestines/stomach.

That evening Kevin and my parents stayed with me (my parents left around 8 and Kevin stayed as long as visiting hours allowed-which was 9). I had a rough night of being constantly woken up to take vitals and blood as well as getting a roommate around midnight (an elderly lady, not sure why she was in the hospital). I was told in the morning that I should be getting the endoscopy around 9 am so I called Kevin and he rushed over. My mom came back to the hospital a little while later.

A hospital doctor came in to my room in the midst of this asking me about everything and decided to look back over the xrays. He found out I actually had a very small fracture on the radial head of my right arm (elbow area). But that due to how minor it was, it would not need to be casted.

Lots and lots of waiting occured and I didn't actually get taken to get the endoscopy until after 2 pm. Oh and this WHOLE time I was not allowed to eat or drink anything and was hooked up to IV fluids.

I don't remember much after waking up from the procedure other than my tongue and throat feeling numb. They wheeled me back to my room (with Kevin and my mom at my side) and I promptly fell asleep. They woke me up a little later to go over the findings and let me know I was going to be released that evening.

The results were as follows: several "linear" (as opposed to round) ulcers most likely caused by a lot of alcohol Saturday night mixed with lots of ibuprofen the following morning. The bleeding was not too excessive and would stop on its own (if it hadn't already).

I now have to take prilosec prior to two meals each day for at least a month. They recommend I don't use ibuprofen or any NSAIDS whatsoever in the future (and can therefore only take Tylenol). They also said I really should not drink at all, especially for the next few months. After that, I still should not drink in excess (ie: to the point of being "drunk") but it won't kill me to have a drink here and there.

I had a follow up visit the next day (Tuesday, November 7th) and the doctor reiterated the no NSAIDS or alcohol. She also told me that I didn't have to wear the sling I was given in the hospital 24/7 and that I could still work but to do some exercises to prevent my elbow healing incorrectly as well as Tylenol and ice, as needed.

About a week later, my stomach pain is gone, but my arm is still sore and pretty bruised. I am just grateful that it wasn't anything too serious.

And just in case you wanna be grossed out, here are a few pictures of my bruised arm (taken sometime last week):

The pictures do not do the bruise justice. It is MUCH nastier-looking in person. Oh and here's one of my other arm, looking like I am an IV drug user thanks to the IV and numerous blood draws:

So...yeah...that's what's been going on with me!

In more fun news, my baby sister turns 21 on Wednesday and we are throwing her a party at our favorite bar (FLB) this Friday night! Kinda sucks I won't be able to drink with her on her 21st, but obviously my health is more important. And a week from Wednesday, we (my parents, my sister, her boyfriend, Kevin, and I) will be in Disneyland!!! We are going to be down there Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesday we will be at California Adventure, Thursday and Friday we will be at Disneyland, and Saturday we will drive home. Thursday, as you may realize, is Thanksgiving Day, so that evening we will be having a special Thanksgiving dinner buffet at the resort! Definitely looking forward to this weekend and next week!

Alright, time to rest (this has been a VERY hectic Monday)!

Pooh's Blustery Day

Wow I haven't updated in awhile, huh? Mostly due to not feeling like I had anything interesting to say but also due to busy-ness and laziness...And I feel like we went from summer to winter...today has been very cold and VERY windy...and I think it is only going to get colder (and rainy) this week!

Saturday evening a group of us went out on the town all dressed up. We had a great time! Then last night a few friends came over for dinner, Apples to Apples, and passing out candy to the VERY FEW trick or treaters that we had in our neighborhood. Life lately has just been a lot of enjoying time with Kevin and our friends. Here are a few pictures from Saturday night:

Kevin aka Hulk Hogan, me aka a peacock, Venessa aka a Parisian Showgirl, and Dustin aka a teletubby

Just Nessa and I

The back of my costume

My love and I :)

Venessa, Sarah (who didn't dress up but promised she would next year), and I

Anddd...that's all...I seriously feel like I have nothing to say...I apologize in advance if I don't update for awhile again...though my sister's 21st bday is this month, as well as our family (plus boyfriends) trip to Disneyland so I definitely will have some pictures to post later in the month.

Off to do laundry (and waste time on Pinterest)!

Rainy Monday off work!

Well hello there! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I have this rainy Monday off due to the fact that I'm working this Saturday. Have already managed to wash some dishes and do a few loads of laundry. As soon as the last load finishes drying, I'm off to spend the day with my mom. :)

Friday night after work, I went out with a few close friends. Here is what I wore:

Orange-ish button up shirt: Marshalls
Cream undershirt: Forever 21
Brown tank (under the cream one): Nordstrom BP
Jeans: Miss Me
Sandals: Loveculture (a store that's kinda like Forever21)
Belt: Loveculture

closer up photo of the top part of my outfit

and an even closer up photo of the detail of the orange-ish shirt

Saturday, Kev and I watched some TV then headed out to lunch. After lunch we went to a few different model homes to get some decorating ideas (one of me favorite things to do!). Then we headed to IKEA and picked up a few things:

This shelf..it sits in the corner next to our TV...the bottom two shelves are driving me crazy as they do not yet have anything on them yet :/

and this mirror which I LOVE! It is not yet hanging up as I have not 100% decided which wall I want to put it on and I think we are gonna do some painting first before hanging it.

After the IKEA trip, we got a start on some dinner. I started cooking some noodles while Kev headed to the grocery store to grab a few items. Along with the food items, he brought me back this:

So sweet! And sunflowers are my favorite! <3

After dinner, a few of our guy friends came over and we headed to TGI Fridays for some appetizers and drinks. It was a fun night hanging with some of my favorite boys! Drank a little too much though, as Sunday morning I had quite a little headache. Fell asleep watching some football and then once I woke up the headache was gone! After the 49ers game was over, Kev and I went to dinner at a yummy Italian place and then to Home Goods to get some more stuff for the house. The things we got were Christmas season decorations so no pics of those until I put them out after Thanksgiving!

Anyhooo...the dryer buzzer just went off, so I am gonna go fold some laundry then head to my mom's house! Have a great Monday!

Fall outfit and pretty flowers

Just a quick picture post (haven't had a post with pictures in awhile!) to show you the first official fall outfit I wore this year...was worn this past Friday night to a friend's BBQ:

Hot pink sweater: Forever 21
Black under tank: Target
Jeans: Hudson (purchased on sale at Macy's about 2 years ago)
Boots: Uggs
Necklace: Forever 21

I apologize for the picture quality as it was taken on my phone...I have not yet mastered how to take good self portraits of my whole body to show an outfit...tips?

And the flowers Kevin picked out to use as a centerpiece for our dining table for our housewarming party this past Sunday:

<3

Now I am back to being bundled up under the blankets! My house is colllldddd! I don't wanna mess with the heating/AC settings just yet though as it is supposed to be nice and warm again this weekend. Ta ta!

Cozy fall weather

Well it has been cool and rainy today...I believe fall has really come and summer is gone. I have mixed emotions about this as I LOVE summer weather, yet I am excited for some of my new fall clothes I got over the weekend and of course, the holiday season that is just around the corner!

This weekend I did some shopping with my mom and sister and got a lot of great stuff at Forever 21. I cannot stress enough how much I love that store, as the clothes are both stylish and cheap! Yesterday, we had some family and close friends over for a housewarming party. We had a great time and got some great gifts for our new home. :)

Now I am just snuggled on the couch in a sweatshirt doing laundry and watching HGTV! It is quite relaxing, but would be so much better if Kevin was here snuggling with me instead of at work.

This coming weekend should be the first one in quite awhile where we literally have NO plans! I love having plans and being busy, but it is nice to have a little break from that every once in awhile.

Alright, I haven't checked out pinterest yet today, so the addict in me is urging me to stop blogging and start pinning!

Kitchen Nightmare!

Story of my life...its been awhile since my last update...gimme a break, I'm a busy girl!

So after we moved into our house and finally got a refrigerator, we realized that the way the kitchen was designed made it so that when a fridge is in the fridge space, the dishwasher door cannot open all the way...talk about a pain in the ass, right? At our 30-day walk through, we informed our KB guy of this and he worked up different ideas of how to fix it. Once one was decided on, we scheduled for the kitchen "remodel" to begin...WELL it began on Wednesday and was supposed to be done by Friday. They were right on schedule until Friday when they had issues with the guy who was supposed to replace the flooring in that area...and those problems are still here, which means our kitchen is not complete. Right now, our fridge is plugged in (but not connected to a water line) in the middle of the kitchen. Our dining table and chairs are in the front entrance of the house. Basically its just a mess. They told Kev today they were thinking they wouldn't be able to complete the project for another two weeks due to not being able to get ahold of the right flooring.

My mom is throwing us a small, family and family friends, housewarming party this Sunday...sooo needless to say I am a tad frustrated. I talked to the dude about it today and he said he would do his best to have it completely done by Friday. If that is not possible, he will at least have someone come in and put the fridge back where it belongs/hook it up to the water line. Not my favorite option, but definitely better than what we've got going on now. UGHHHHH!!! Just ready for everything to be fixed and back to normal!

Work and my social life has been busy as ever which is stressful and fun at the same time. Definitely ready for a break though. I think that break should be coming after this weekend.

Anyhooodle...that's the craziness that has been my life lately...off to do some laundry and other things around the house!

Weekend Recap (4 days later)!

Okay, first, before the recap...I have begun "pinning" on www.pinterest.com and let me say...I am officially addicted! I have a few different "boards" I've started, but the one with the most so far is "House Ideas." I lovelovelove looking at beautiful ideas for decorating my home! Especially because I feel its so plain right now...now if only I had unlimited funds to put my ideas into action!

Moving on...

Friday night after work, Kevin and I had a nice dinner-just the two of us-at Outback. Then we headed to Old Sac to check out Evangeline's Costume Mansion (and picked up Lauren on the way)...Lo and I had a great time looking at all the fun Halloween stuff and getting ideas for what we want to be for Halloween...no decision yet though. After that, we met up with some friends at one of my favorite dive bars downtown, Golden Bear. Kev and I left around midnight because I had to be up early the next morning to head to Tahoe with Shannon and Chrissy.

The three of us had a blast eating, drinking, shopping, and gambling (just a little) in Tahoe. It was definitely a great way to say goodbye to Shannon as she left today for Seattle for school. I am really gonna miss her :( Here's some pictures from the day:

View from the deck of the Beacon where we had lunch and delicious rum runners

Shannon, me, and Chrissy at lunch (notice our rum runner cups are empty!)

We stopped at Sammy Hagar's bar, Cabo Wabo and he was there! (He had a concert in Tahoe later that evening)

After I got home from Tahoe, I took a shower and passed out very early as I had to be up early again Sunday for the Giants vs. Dodgers game. And the Giants won!!! :)

Venessa, me, and Chrissy tailgating before the game

Kevin and I during the tailgate <3

There was a BEAUTIFUL 9/11 remembrance ceremony prior to the game

God bless America!

And we ended the day at Chevy's on the bay :)

So that was that! My recap came just in time for the weekend to begin again! This weekend, though, for the first time in a LONG time, Kev and I don't have a million things we have to do...so we will be spending the weekend cleaning, getting the garage completely cleaned out, grocery shopping, etc etc etc...oh and we have a guy coming out Saturday afternoon to give us an estimate on putting some concrete down in the backyard. I really hope its something we can afford as rainy season is about to start and I do NOT want to deal with a giant mud pit back there! Should be a nice, productive weekend!

Time to finish some laundry, shower, and get to bed!

Family curse!

Hello there (all two or three of you?)!

I don't know why, but today it just hit me...no matter how much weight I lose or gain, I will ALWAYS have meaty thighs and a butt...it is just in my genes (and fills out my jeans ;) ) and I need to learn to live with it! Even at my thinnest, I had "thunder" thighs and a big 'ol booty...my butt and thighs have always been the two things I detest most about my body, but today I decided I need to just GET OVER IT! This is obviously easier said than done and will be a constant battle, but it is really just time for me to accept this about my body. Don't get me wrong, this will not be used as an excuse to be lazy, eat poorly, not workout, etc. but I think this revelation will really help me to mentally feel better about my body and be proud of my muscle tone (mixed with a little jiggle that will likely never go away)!

I have been eating fairly well during the weekdays/nights, but still always just let loose on the weekends. I am trying not to beat myself up over it, but at the same time I need to work on making better decisions on the weekends, while still enjoying them.

Today's workout consisted of 15 minutes on the crossramp to warm up, followed by bicep, tricep, ab, and oblique work, then topped off with 20 more minutes on the crossramp. I always do strength training with my workouts, but also always try to do a minimal amount of it and have decided to not be so half ass with it anymore. So today instead of doing only one type of exercise per muscle group (three reps of it of course), I did two...hey, its a step in the right direction, right?

My weekend consisted of tons of fun...just as the past many weekends have. I have lotsa pictures/stories to tell, but in order to make it so this post isn't super long, I will make a separate update about that this week...hopefully Thursday as tomorrow night after work, Lauren and I are going to my parents house for dinner. :)

Off to shower and sleep I go!

The "official" end of summer :(

Well, folks, summer is winding down...Labor Day weekend has come and gone and that means fall is supposedly just around the corner...I feel like my summer FLEW by because we were SO SO SO busy every weekend, but it was definitely a fun summer for the most part!

We certainly ended summer with a bang this weekend...here's a quick re-cap:

Friday: short day at work followed by shopping, dinner, and drinks with Lauren and Venessa...among other things we all three got new purses:

Lauren's is a black Calvin Klein cross body bag from Macy's, mine is a medium sized sparkly (hard to tell in the picture) tote by Juicy Couture from Nordstrom, and Venessa's is a cross body bag from Macy's (I don't recall the brand).

Saturday: headed downtown with Kevin, Lauren, Dustin, and Venessa to go to this thing in the park called "Chalk it Up!" Basically different artists bought out squares of the sidewalk and did crazy good art with chalk! I don't have any pics of it though :(Then we walked around downtown and got some food and drinks...

After that, Kev and I headed home and I took a quick nap before getting ready to go see Taylor Swift with my sister!!!

We had so much fun! Taylor puts on a freaking GREAT show!!!

Sunday a wholeeee huge group of us (Kevin, Lauren, Venessa, Dustin, Israel, Sarah, Matt, Sam, and myself) headed to Sparks, NV (just outside of Reno) for this:

The day was full of too much food (the boys mostly) and booze (the girls mostly) and it was a GREAT time! I wish I had a picture of the whole group but I don't :( OH and Kev won $130 playing Blackjack and I won $70 playing an American Idol slot machine!

Finally, yesterday was spent hanging out and BBQing at my Aunt's house! In a nut shell, the weekend was full of food and fun with loved ones!

Today it was back to both the work and gym grind...I've been still having trouble staying on track with my workouts but all I can do is take it one day at a time. Today I warmed up with 15 minutes on the elliptical. Then I did a few different abs and obliques workouts along with some tricep and bicep work. Finally, I ended the workout with another 22 minutes on the elliptical. I am hoping to get my butt in gear again tomorrow gym-wise as well as Thursday. It'd be nice to do Friday as well, but the reality is that once Friday afternoon hits I tend to be in "weekend mode" and totally lazy and/or ready to party and have no desire to go to the gym. We will see though as I will likely be waking up early Saturday morning to head to Tahoe for a day trip  with Shannon and Chrissy (before Shan moves away to Seattle for school :( ) so there will most likely not be any partying for me Friday night!

OH also on Friday, two different concrete guys are coming out to give us an estimate on doing a patio in the backyard...I really hope its reasonable so we can start getting the backyard up to par before the rainy season starts and turns it into a mud pit! But then again.....maybe we could start a mud wrestling ring and charge people to both wrestle and watch the wrestling! Haha, kidding!

Alright, time to get crackin on some laundry and then hit the shower and the hay!

Jersday!

Okay, so its not technically "Jersday" as that is on Thursdays...BUT I am just finally catching up on this weeks episode of The Shore, sooo today is MY Jersday :)

This week at work was crazy as ever, but I still love it there! It can be frustrating at times not knowing everything in such a busy office, but everyone is still super helpful. OH! Crazy thing though! Last Saturday, the office was robbed! The broke in via our glass door and broke open our safe and took all the cash from it. No computers or dental equipment or anything else was taken. We have surveillance cameras so the suspects were caught on tape and currently the police are investigating. I guess the same thing happened to one of our other offices a few days prior...so we all think its an inside job and the two incidents are related. No real word yet though.

Today's outfit (please ignore the ugly pony tail as I was headed off to get my hair cut and colored...

Please also ignore the weird purple spots...something is messed up on the lens of my phone's camera.

Brown under shirt: Nordstrom BP

Coral other under shirt: had forever I don't know lol

Cream button up shirt: Guess

Jeans: Citizens of Humanity

Sandals: Target

Jewelry: assorted cheap places...I've had most of it for awhile

Today instead of having my hairstylist straighten my hair after she colored and cut it, I asked her to curl it and she agreed...I wish I could do this myself but anytime I've tried, it just does NOT go well....

:)

Alrighty...not much else is new and I am gonna relax a bit before getting ready and heading to Maria's 25th birthday party!

Just do it!

I have totally been lacking workout motivation for awhile now...always trying to make excuses to not workout and things like that. This evening was another one of those days, but I decided to be like Nike and JUST DO IT! I had a great workout and feel so much better about myself. What is it about working out that makes it so hard to get started, but after finishing, you feel like a million bucks? I guess that means the key to finding motivation is to think about that great post workout feeling when willpower is lacking. Easier said than done, though, right?

For dinner tonight, I had a great Healthy Choice meal that I had never tried before (sweet and tangy BBQ chicken with corn and a yummy apple side). Def recommend it for anyone who likes to have quick easy meals on hand.

I am so glad the weekend is almost here! Though it will be yet ANOTHER busy one, it'll also be yet another fun one! Tomorrow after work, I'm heading over to Lauren's apartment and we, plus another friend of hers, will go out downtown for some exploring of her neighborhood! Saturday is a close friend's baby shower, and Kev and I got them the CUTEST gifts! Sunday will hopefully be grocery shopping and more working on the garage, plus dinner with my parents and softball (for Kevin, I just watch)!

Anyhooo...I should hop in the shower and then try to get to bed early so I can be rested up for work tomorrow and my busy weekend!

Looooong day!

Well I had quite a busy weekend as well as a busy Monday at work!

Friday: got off work late, then headed over to Maria and Karl's house to have dinner and hang out with good friends.

Saturday: Kev and I spent allll day cleaning the inside of the house as well as working on cleaning out the garage with the intention of me finally being able to park inside of it. Unfortunately, despite all the work we put in, I still can't park in there :( It is now about half way cleaned out, so hopefully we will get some time this weekend to finish it up. We filled our trash can to the BRIM as well as our recycle bin. Neither bin can fit an ounce more. Luckily, trash will be picked up Wednesday morning. We have a few bags of trash that wouldn't fit and are still sitting in the garage. In the evening, we headed up to Maria's parents house for a fun night of drinking and beer pong with friends.

Kev and I kickin' back

and a photo of all the girls :)

We headed home around midnight and poor Kevin had to be up at 5:30 to work an overtime shift from 6-11.

Sunday: After Kevin got home from work we headed over to Lauren's new apartment to help her settle in! Then we went to Ernesto's (one of my favorite Mexican restaurants) for lunch. After that, we hit up Target so she could get some stuff for her apartment. Kev and I got a few things for our house as well. Then we headed over to my parent's house for dinner and then to Kevin's softball game. They lost in the last inning :( We got home around 10:00 and I headed straight to bed and passed right out!

I didn't make  it to the gym this evening because I didn't get home from work until after 7 and needed to eat some dinner and just needed to relax! I plan on going tomorrow after work, as I should be home no later than 5:30. After the gym, I've got to go grocery shopping for a few necessities to make lunches for the man and I this week. Then we will hopefully go full on grocery shopping this weekend to get other stuff we need. I also need to hit up Babies R Us this week to get a gift for some good friends who are having a baby shower on Saturday! It is a co-ed baby shower and should be a lot of fun!

When we were cleaning out the garage on Saturday, we came across a Giants trash can so I mentioned in passing that we should put it in our extra upstairs bathroom as it had no trash can in it (and nothing else in it either)...I kinda joked it could be an extension of Kevin's "Giants room." I come downstairs a little later and he told me he had just finished buying a Giants shower curtain online. So that settled it! So at Target we bought some black and orange towels and a black soap dispenser....now the man cave also includes a man cave bathroom! As soon as the curtain comes and is put up, I will post a picture :)

Alright, gotta catch up on some shows, make Kevin's lunch for tomorrow, and then hit the hay!

A sad, busy, loooong day!

This morning, I awoke to the very sad news that a family friend had passed away around 4:30 this morning. He was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks ago now and due to overly high calcium levels, among other things, he passed early this morning. To add to the sadness, today is his son's birthday. I know he is now in a much better place, no longer in pain, and is looking down on us, but its very sad to me...and I can't even imagine how his family feels. Please send good wishes and prayers.

Work today was super crazy busy and long...I didn't get outta there until about 6:45. Due to the sadness of our friend's passing and the frustrating day at work, I decided to treat myself to In-n-Out for dinner, despite the fact that it put me about 200 calories over my daily goal AND I'm not working out today. I've done very well food and exercise-wise the past week, so I know one day won't kill me.

Saturday, we went to a wedding (as I mentioned we'd be doing in a previous post) and had a great time with great friends...here are a few photos from the day/night:

our adorable name cards!

centerpiece

beautiful cake&adorable cake topper

During the wedding, the couple had a interesting take on the "clinking the glasses so the bride and groom kiss" thing...each time the glasses were clinked, guest couple's names were pulled and the guest couple had to kiss...then the bride and groom had to kiss the same way. Guess who the first couple was! Yup, Kev and I! Unfortunately, no one got a decent picture of it :( It was funny though to see all the couples and some of the older couples REALLY got into it!

And Sunday was my friend, Tierra's baby shower:

Me, Tierra (and her baby bump!), Shannon, & Maria

Well, Tierra and Shannon are coming over tomorrow evening to check out the new house and catch up (besides yesterday's baby shower I haven't hung out with either of them in awhile), so I need to do some tidy-ing up and dishes!

FINALLY!

Well I finally sucked it up and took some photos of the house this evening...its not as clean/neat as I would have liked it to be for blog pictures, but in all honesty, I'm not sure when it will be! ...and since I promised pictures this week, I am finally delivering!

One view of our living room

and another living room shot (taken from the stairs)

our downstairs half bath

"my" room...that stuff all over the floor is my futon that has not yet been assembled because apparently we're missing a few bolts and have not had the chance to get them yet

"Kevin's" room...the panda is from the fair weekend (won by Dustin) and the futon cover is not on the futon because I have been slacking on washing it

Some of (a lot of) Kevin's Giants stuff that needs to be hung up/displayed in "his" room

a view of our closet

our bed...with the bedding set I bought specifically for the new house and totally love (PS I definitely just threw the bed together in like 2 seconds for this picture, rather than making it correctly, which is why it looks so messy)

a view of our bedroom

and our bathroom

As you can see, there is still much to be done...especially on the painting/decorating front...but that will come in time. Right now we are just trying to figure out what our bills will be, how we will split them up, etc. We also REALLY wanna figure out a plan for the backyard, even if its just a cheap, temporary plan, as it is nothin' but dirt right now!

I was too lazy to get to the gym tonight. Instead, I did two different workouts from "Exercise TV" on my cable network. One was a 20 minute cardio thing and the other was Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred Phase 1. Both were hard, made me sweat, and wore me out! I was a little sore today from yesterday's gym workout and will no doubt be even more sore tomorrow!

Anyway...gonna watch the boob tube and relax and then head off to bed!
